Our international shipping destinations include New Zealand, the UK and the US. If you experience any issues with placing an international order, please contact us via email.

What happens if my parcel gets lost or damaged?

Please note that chloeknit cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of your parcel once it has been shipped and handed over to the courier. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, you will need to contact the courier provided.
