How long do our knit items take to make?
Please note that all of my knit items are handmade and made to order. This means that there will be a waiting period after you have placed your order while it is being made. Before making a purchase, Please check the updated wait times listed below our products. Thank you.
How long does shipping take?
For customers in Australia, we offer AUS POST STANDARD shipping. The delivery time varies from three to six business days depending on your location. If you are an international customer, the delivery time will depend on the destination country. Please feel free to contact me via email if you have any questions regarding shipping.
Can I return my knit?
If your knit arrives damaged, please email cchloeknit@gmail.com with proof, and I will provide an exchange or refund. Similarly, if your knit doesn't fit, I will offer an exchange or refund. For any refund related queries, please send an email to me.
Im unsure of what size to buy?
I recommend sticking with your usual size. However, if you find yourself in between sizes, it would be best to size down. Our knits are highly stretchable, so sizing down ensures a comfortable fit.
Can I order a custom item that isn’t listed ?
If you're looking for a custom knit item, whether it's a specific style or color that's not displayed, feel free to reach out to me through my Instagram or email me at cchloeknit@gmail.com.
How do I wash my knit?
Our knit tops are delicate and require proper washing to extend their lifespan. We recommend washing them by hand with lukewarm water and a gentle detergent. Afterwards, towel dry to remove excess water and air dry. Please refrain from machine washing as it can damage the fabric.
